What we aim to do is to support & represent independent artists, bands, designers and other creatives under a professional, respected and bright spotlight - we want to help you or an creative you know reach a new and attentive, supportive and relatable audience with your music and other creative projects. 

 

I'm a REAL music fan with a platform for sharing. Lickhouseworldwide is growing everyday and we hope to build a loyal base of visitors in the High Thousands and eventually Millions in the next couple of years. Sale of Personal Information and Persons under 16

Lickhouseworldwide does not sell personal information we collected or received from third party, although we have de-identified and aggregated certain information for both internal and specific commercial use. Our Sites are not intended for individuals below age of 16, and we will not knowingly collect personal information from such individuals. Request for Personal Information

Subject to exceptions permitted by law, you have the right to request us to delete your personal information which we may have collected. Upon receipt and confirming your verifiable consumer request, and if exceptions by law do not apply, we will arrange deletion.

To ensure and verify you are the correct and proper person related to the personal information which you want us to delete, upon receiving your request, you must thereafter provide us with the following in order for us to verify:

  • Date of Birth (Month/Day) if you recall having provided us with;

  • Details of last activity that you conducted on our Sites (for example, if you last made a purchase, details of that purchase such as date, value, item(s) purchased);

Exceptional circumstances where Lickhouseworldwide can refuse deletion if we or our service provider(s) need to retain personal information in order to:

  • detect wrongdoings like security incidents, protect against illegal, fraudulent or deceptive acts which are unlawful in nature;

  • exercising free speech, and to ensure the right of free speech of a business or another Californian individual;

The winner(s) of a contest will be selected by our personnel based on the creativity of the answer(s) provided (and any other criteria deemed appropriate by Lickhouseworldwide). Winner(s) will not be selected at random from the qualifying entries. Winner(s) must contact the person detailed in the email for confirmation and their full name will appear on lickhouseworldwide. In the event that the selected winner(s) does not respond within three days, another entrant will be selected in replacement.
